Welcome to Sylphora. By accessing or using our service you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, do not use the platform.
1. Service description
Sylphora is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate editorial reports about perfumes: olfactive analyses, comparisons and personalized recommendations. Generated content is informational and does not constitute professional advice.
2. User account
To access certain features you must create an account with truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity in your account. You must be at least 16 years old to register.
3. Plans and payments
We offer a free plan with weekly limits and paid plans (PRO and Limitless) with additional features. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance from your panel.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to access unauthorized systems, reverse engineer the platform, abuse usage limits, or redistribute generated content for commercial purposes without authorization.
5. Intellectual property
The Sylphora brand, design and code belong to their owners. Generated reports are licensed for your personal use. Perfume brands mentioned belong to their respective owners.
6. Limitation of liability
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Sylphora is not responsible for purchase decisions based on its recommendations. The service is offered 'as is', without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify substantive changes by email or in the platform. Continued use implies acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts at the owner's domicile.
